This heavy-duty shoveling plate cylinder is a powerful auxiliary actuator of the loading system in steep incline hard rock excavators. Mounted on the plate arm or auxiliary bucket linkage, it uses ultra-high hydraulic pressure to drive the auxiliary plate downward or to tilt, achieving powerful scraping, loosening, and gathering of blasted rock on a hard tunnel face. Compared to the standard shoveling plate cylinder, this model features a larger bore and significantly higher thrust/pull force (up to 1,017 kN), specifically designed to handle severe conditions such as hard rock floors and oversized debris. With a high-tensile alloy steel barrel, a precision hard-chrome plated piston rod, multi-stage dust seals, and bidirectional cushioning, it maintains leak-free, impact-resistant, and high-efficiency operation under the severe conditions of high pressure, heavy dust, intense vibration, and inclined operation — making it a key component for boosting the loading capacity of steep incline hard rock excavators.

Suitable for: steep incline hard rock excavators, incline shaft excavators, rock drift excavators, etc.
Ultra-High-Pressure Heavy Scraping Force
The 1,017 kN thrust effortlessly handles forceful scraping and gathering on hard rock floors. The barrel and rod are forged from high-yield quenched and tempered steel for extreme fatigue life.
High Side-Load Resistance & Guidance
A wide bronze composite guide ring embedded in the bore, combined with an optimized rod-to-bore ratio, effectively absorbs lateral forces during eccentric scraping, preventing rod scoring.
Multi-Stage Seals & Dust Protection
Multiple heavy-duty wipers and a metal scraper ring at the gland completely block rock dust and water. The main seal is a hydrolysis-resistant polyurethane/filled PTFE composite, guaranteeing zero external leakage.
Cushioning & Safety Holding
Progressive cushions at both ends eliminate end-stroke impacts. Optional hydraulic locks securely hold the plate position.
Optional Smart Monitoring
A built-in magnetostrictive displacement sensor provides real-time plate position feedback, supporting automated loading control via the machine’s electronic system.
Special high/low temperature seals
Full stainless steel body and piston rod
Integrated displacement sensor
Explosion-proof / mining certifications
Special mounting distances and port configurations
