POS Machine Main Cylinder
This main cylinder is the core drive element of industrial press-forming equipment such as powder compacting presses, tablet presses, or composite material presses. Mounted between the frame and the moving platen or slider, it extends and retracts with powerful hydraulic thrust to perform long-distance, high-tonnage pressing and return strokes, completing critical processes like powder compaction, hot pressing, or mold clamping. A long-stroke, high-thrust design (180 mm bore, 1,450 mm stroke, 509 kN push force), combined with a high-strength alloy steel barrel, a precision hard-chrome plated piston rod, multi-stage seals, and bidirectional cushioning, ensures stable, leak-free high-pressure operation under dusty, high-temperature, and heavy cyclic shock conditions — a key component for product forming quality and press production rates.
