  • Compensation Cylinder
This compensation cylinder is a follow-up actuator in the precision positioning system of drilling jumbos, mounted on the compensation slide between the boom tip and the feed beam base. After the boom is roughly positioned, it hydraulically fine-tunes the feed beam's position, accurately compensating the remaining gap between the drill and the rock face so that the rock drill can engage smoothly. During drilling, it continuously absorbs drill recoil and offsets caused by uneven rock surfaces, maintaining hole depth accuracy and feed stability. Covering bores from 50 mm to 200 mm, with strokes up to 3,000 mm and thrust up to 785 kN, it meets the compensation force requirements of both medium and heavy drilling jumbos. With a high-strength alloy steel barrel, a precision hard-chrome plated piston rod, ultra-low-friction seals, and bidirectional cushioning, it delivers smooth, stick-slip-free, and leak-free linear compensation motion under extreme underground conditions of dust, vibration, and frequent cycling — a key component for drilling accuracy and efficiency.
  • Boom Telescopic Cylinder
This boom telescopic cylinder is a universal actuator for the boom extension systems of underground drilling, bolting, and scaling rigs. Mounted between the base boom and the telescopic section, it hydraulically shifts the extension beam forward and backward under high thrust, adjusting the position of the feed beam and rock drill to meet rapid positioning needs across different tunnel profiles. Covering bores from 63 mm to 200 mm, with strokes up to 3.7 meters and thrust up to 785 kN, it integrates low-friction seals, heavy-duty guide rings, bidirectional cushions, and optional built-in displacement sensors, delivering smooth, stick-slip-free, leak-free linear motion under extreme underground conditions of vibration, dust, and continuous operation.
  • Telescopic Cylinder
This telescopic cylinder is the core actuator of the boom extension system on scaling rigs, mounted on the telescopic section of the main boom or the stick. After blasting and ventilation, it extends and retracts its piston rod to position the scaling hammer or breaker precisely against loose rock on the roof or sidewalls, performing scaling to eliminate the risk of rockfall or collapse. Covering a bore range from 50 mm to 200 mm, with strokes up to 3,000 mm and thrust up to 785 kN, it meets the boom telescoping requirements of both light-duty and heavy scaling rigs. Combined with a high-strength alloy steel barrel, a precision hard-chrome plated piston rod, low-friction seals, and bidirectional cushioning, it provides stable, reliable, and leak-free linear motion under the extreme underground conditions of high dust, intense vibration, and falling-rock impacts.
  • Telescopic Cylinder
This telescopic cylinder is the core actuator of the feed system on bolting rigs, mounted on the telescopic slide at the end of the boom or on the feed beam base. After the boom is positioned, it hydraulically drives the feed beam and rock drill forward to drill the bolt hole to the required depth, then quickly retracts for bolt installation and grouting. Covering a bore range from 63 mm to 200 mm with strokes up to 3,000 mm and thrust up to 565 kN, it meets the feed force requirements of everything from light bolting jumbos to heavy combined bolter-miners. With a high-strength alloy steel barrel, hard-chrome plated piston rod, low-friction seals, and bidirectional cushioning, it ensures smooth, stick-slip-free, and leak-free linear motion under the extreme underground conditions of high dust, intense vibration, and continuous cycling — a key component for bolting efficiency and drilling accuracy.
  • Telescopic Cylinder
This telescopic cylinder is a core component of the feed system on production mining rigs (e.g., longhole drilling rigs, fan-pattern drilling rigs). Mounted on the telescopic slide at the end of the boom, it extends and retracts over a medium stroke (805 mm) to drive the feed beam and rock drill forward for precise hole depth control, and retract quickly after completion. Delivering 39 kN of thrust at 20 MPa, it is specifically designed for the continuous, stable feed required in longhole drilling. With a high-strength alloy steel barrel, hard-chrome plated piston rod, low-friction seals, and bidirectional cushioning, it ensures smooth, leak-free, and stick-slip-free motion under extreme underground conditions of dust, vibration, and continuous drilling.
  • Telescopic Cylinder
This telescopic cylinder is the core actuator for the boom or feed beam extension system on drilling jumbos. Mounted on the telescopic slide of the boom or feed beam base, it extends and retracts to move the rock drill along the boom axis or adjust the effective boom length. This allows the machine to change drilling depth, pass obstacles, and enlarge the face coverage from a single parked position. Covering a wide bore range from 50 mm to 200 mm, with thrust from 49 kN up to 785 kN at 25 MPa, it features low-friction seals, heavy-duty guide rings, bidirectional cushioning, and optional built-in displacement sensors, delivering stick-slip-free, leak-free, and highly precise linear motion under extreme conditions of dust, vibration, and high-frequency cycling.
  • Luffing Cylinder

It uses powerful hydraulic thrust to smoothly tilt the entire boom around its base pivot, precisely positioning the feed beam and rock drill to any height and angle on the tunnel face. Covering a bore range from 100 mm to 200 mm, with strokes up to 3,000 mm and thrust up to 785 kN, it meets the luffing force requirements of both medium and heavy drilling jumbos. Combined with a high-strength alloy steel barrel, a precision hard-chrome plated piston rod, multi-stage combination seals, and bidirectional cushioning, it provides stable, precise, leak-free luffing motion under the severe conditions of underground high dust, intense vibration, and frequent cycling — a key component for ensuring efficient drilling coverage and construction safety.
  • Front Jack Flipping Cylinder
This front jack flipping cylinder is an auxiliary actuator of the jack system in drilling jumbos, mounted at the articulation between the chassis and the front jack arm. Before drilling, it hydraulically flips the jack arm from a horizontal transport position down to a vertical working position so the front support cylinder can contact the ground and stabilise the machine. After work, it flips the jack arm back up against the frame to narrow the machine width for safe tramming in confined tunnels. Covering bores from 50 mm to 200 mm and delivering 49 kN to 785 kN of thrust at 25 MPa, it combines low-friction seals, high-capacity guide rings, and bidirectional cushioning to provide stable, reliable, leak-free flipping motion under the harsh conditions of high dust, intense vibration, and frequent cycling underground.
