The barrel is forged from high-yield quenched & tempered steel with 100% UT/MT on welds. Hard-chrome plated piston rods (HV900–1100) maintain exceptional rigidity under eccentric and alternating loads, ensuring accurate, drift-free swing angles.

High Side-Load Resistance

Embedded wide bronze or composite guide rings with precise clearance absorb radial forces, preventing rod scoring and maintaining long-term smooth motion.

Multi-Stage Sealing & Dust Protection

A metal scraper ring and multiple wipers block rock dust, cuttings, and moisture. The main seal combines hydrolysis-resistant polyurethane with filled PTFE for zero external leakage over the cylinder’s life.

Internal Cushioning

Progressive cushions at both ends eliminate end-stroke impacts and reduce noise, protecting the linkage and the cylinder.

Compact & Maintenance-Free

Short mounting distances suit tight swing spaces. Self-lubricating composite bushings at all pivots eliminate greasing and deliver long life under high-frequency cycling.

Optional Position Monitoring

A built-in magnetostrictive displacement sensor can provide real-time swing angle feedback for closed-loop control and anti-collision warning.
