  • Plunger Cylinder
This plunger cylinder is a single-acting, long-stroke, high-thrust lifting actuator used in metallurgical electric furnaces such as electric arc furnaces and ladle refining furnaces. It is primarily applied to electrode lifting, furnace cover jacking, or taphole trough raising. Operating on a single-acting plunger principle, it extends under hydraulic pressure to deliver powerful thrust, while retraction relies on the self-weight of the electrode or cover. An oversized plunger (Φ180 mm) and ultra-long stroke (1,430 mm) design, combined with a high-strength alloy steel barrel, a precision-ground and hard-chrome plated plunger surface, high-temperature-resistant seals, and built-in cushioning, ensures long-term stable and reliable lifting force under the harsh conditions of high-temperature radiation, dust, periodic heavy loads, and frequent cycling in the furnace shop — a key component for efficient melting and safe production.
  • Furnace Lifting Cylinder
This furnace lifting cylinder is an actuator used for raising and lowering furnace covers, electrode arms, taphole troughs, or auxiliary devices in metallurgical electric furnaces such as electric arc furnaces and ladle refining furnaces. It performs precise lifting motions with medium stroke through hydraulic control, enabling furnace cover opening/closing, trough height adjustment, and other functions. Specially designed for high-temperature radiation, dust, and periodic heavy loads, the cylinder features high-strength quenched-and-tempered alloy steel, high-temperature-resistant sealing systems, and built-in cushioning, ensuring long-term stable, leak-free operation in the harsh environment of the furnace shop — a key component for efficient melting and safe production.
  • Pitch Cylinder
This pitch cylinder series is the core actuator of the hydraulic pitch system in large wind turbines. Mounted on the rotating cylinder base inside the hub, it precisely rotates the blades around their longitudinal axis via hydraulic servo control, enabling real-time pitch angle adjustment. Under normal operating conditions, the cylinder fine-tunes the blade angle to optimize aerodynamic efficiency. During extreme gusts or emergency stops, it rapidly feathers the blades to a safe position, achieving aerodynamic braking. Designed with a compact structure, ultra-low-friction long-life sealing, and full-lifecycle maintenance-free operation, it performs reliably over the turbine's entire 20+ year service life in the extreme conditions found at the tower top — temperature extremes, continuous vibration, salt spray, and high humidity.
  • Heliostat Tracking Cylinder
This heliostat tracking cylinder is the core servo actuator of the heliostat system in solar power tower plants. Receiving closed-loop commands from the master controller, it precisely adjusts the mirror tilt and azimuth via a servo hydraulic system to track the sun's path throughout the day, maximizing reflected solar energy onto the central receiver. Featuring an ultra-long-life low-friction sealing system, comprehensive UV-resistant anti-corrosion design, and an integrated displacement sensing interface, it operates stably for decades in harsh desert, high-altitude, intense UV, and extreme temperature swing environments, ensuring the heliostat field generates power efficiently and reliably.
  • Desalination Cylinder
This desalination cylinder is the primary actuator in high-pressure pump trains or energy recovery systems of reverse osmosis (RO) seawater desalination plants. It is specifically designed to draw in, pressurize, and deliver seawater to reverse osmosis membrane elements under highly corrosive conditions. Entirely fabricated from duplex stainless steel with a weld-free design, and featuring ceramic-coated bore and piston rod, along with specialized wiper seals and integrated inlet/outlet valves for seawater service, the cylinder delivers exceptional reliability, minimal maintenance, and zero risk of hydraulic fluid contamination despite 24-hour continuous operation and exposure to microorganisms and fine sediment. It provides an ultra-long-life, environmentally clean hydraulic power solution for both land-based and marine desalination facilities.
  • Wave/Tidal Power Generation Cylinder
This wave/tidal power generation cylinder is the key actuator and energy conversion element in marine hydrokinetic energy devices. It directly harnesses the reciprocating motion of waves or tidal currents, converting massive low-speed mechanical energy into high-pressure hydraulic energy with exceptional efficiency. The high-pressure oil then drives a hydraulic motor-generator set to produce electricity. Designed with ultra-long stroke, extremely low friction, and high-frequency fatigue resistance, it operates reliably in the splash zone, intertidal area, or fully submerged conditions for years on end. Its combination of high energy conversion efficiency, outstanding seawater corrosion resistance, and long sealing life makes it the ideal power core for floating, shore-based, or nearshore wave/tidal power plants.
  • Platform Raising Cylinder
This platform raising cylinder series is the core power component for the drill floor lifting system of truck-mounted rigs, workover rigs, and modular drilling units. It smoothly raises the drill floor (complete with rotary table, drawworks, etc.) from a low transport position to working height, and safely lowers it back. Designed with a high-thrust, long-stroke multi-stage telescopic configuration, it achieves vertical lifting strokes of several meters up to nearly ten meters from the carrier’s compact installed length, easily bearing the immense total weight of the drill floor and all attached equipment. Integrating a high-strength lightweight structure, low-friction long-life seals, and integrated safety locking valve packages, it ensures stable lifting and zero-drift locking even in extreme environments such as desert, Gobi, or coastal salt spray, significantly improving rig mobility and operational safety.
  • Mast Raising Cylinder
This mast raising cylinder series is the core power component for the mast systems of oil drilling rigs, workover rigs, and truck-mounted drilling equipment. It smoothly raises the mast from a horizontal transport position to a vertical working position, and safely lowers it back down. As the critical first step in rig deployment, the cylinder features an ultra-long stroke, high-thrust multi-stage telescopic design with a maximum stroke of up to 14,000mm, fully raising multi-section masts from a compact installed length. Integrating an extreme heavy-duty structure, low-friction long-life seals, and anti-sway safety valve packages, it ensures stable lifting and zero-drift locking even in extreme temperature swings, high winds, and sandy environments typical of deserts and offshore platforms, significantly improving operational efficiency and crew safety.
  • Furnace Cover Lifting Cylinder
This furnace cover lifting cylinder is the core vertical-lift element of the roof system in electric arc furnaces (EAF). Typically mounted in pairs between the roof lifting arm and the fixed frame, it hydraulically and synchronously raises the furnace roof a short distance, safely separating the roof seal ring from the furnace shell upper rim, thereby preparing the roof for subsequent rotation (swing open) for charging or maintenance. After charging is complete, the cylinder retracts to gently lower the roof back onto the shell, restoring the sealed melting position. Exposed to intense radiant heat near the furnace roof, the cylinder is equipped with an external water-cooling jacket and internally fitted with high-temperature- and aging-resistant seals. Integrated displacement sensors enable multi-cylinder synchronized closed-loop control. Even under continuous high temperatures, dust, and electromagnetic interference, it maintains smooth, synchronous, precise lifting motions, ensuring smooth and safe charging operations.
  • Lock Cylinder
This lock cylinder is a dedicated safety locking element used in multiple subsystems of electric arc furnaces (EAF). It may be installed on the roof ring, electrode arm, tilting platform, or busbar connection points. Hydraulically actuated, it drives a locking pin, wedge, or hook into a corresponding slot or hole to achieve mechanical locking of the furnace roof to the shell, rigid fixing of the electrode position, or anti-rotation protection of the tilting mechanism. Though compact, it fulfills the critical duty of preventing unintended movement, safeguarding personnel and equipment alike. Equipped with a water-cooling jacket, high-temperature-resistant seals, and a built-in displacement sensor, it continuously delivers reliable, leak-free locking force and provides precise real-time lock/unlock status feedback even under the intense radiant heat, dust, and electromagnetic interference around the furnace top.
  • Tipping Cylinder
This tipping cylinder is the core actuator of the tapping and slag-off system in electric arc furnaces (EAF). Mounted in pairs between the furnace saddle and the tilting platform, it hydraulically pushes or pulls the entire furnace shell to tilt smoothly around a horizontal axis — tilting forward for tapping, backward for slagging, and performing fine attitude adjustments during melting. Positioned close to the hot furnace shell with intense radiant heat and slag splash, the cylinder is equipped with an external water-cooling jacket and internally fitted with high-temperature- and aging-resistant V-pack seals. An integrated magnetostrictive displacement sensor provides closed-loop position control. Even under continuous high heat, dust, and impact loads, it delivers stable, precise furnace tilting, ensuring tapping safety and operational flexibility.
  • Furnace Cover Rotating Cylinder
This furnace cover rotating cylinder is the core actuator of the roof swivel system in electric arc furnaces (EAF). Mounted on the roof rotating mechanism, it hydraulically drives the furnace roof to swivel open or closed around its vertical axis, enabling rapid switching between charging, maintenance, and tapping operations. Exposed to intense radiant heat and dust above the furnace mouth, the cylinder is equipped with an external water-cooling jacket and internally fitted with high-temperature- and aging-resistant seals. Integrated with a displacement sensor for precise position control, it maintains smooth, shock-free rotation even under continuous extreme conditions, ensuring efficient and safe furnace charging and tapping.
