Rear Suspension Cylinder
This rear suspension cylinder series is the core load-bearing and damping element of the hydro-pneumatic suspension system on large mining dump trucks. Mounted between the rear axle and the chassis frame, it supports the fully loaded vehicle weight, absorbs road shocks, attenuates body vibration, and equalizes axle load distribution through the combined action of hydraulic oil and high-pressure nitrogen. Featuring an ultra-high pressure design (rated 38 MPa) and large-diameter piston construction, and operating in conjunction with external or built-in accumulators, it delivers non-linear stiffness and damping characteristics. This ensures excellent ride comfort and uniform frame stress distribution under extreme conditions such as fully loaded uphill hauls, rough mine roads, and heavy dumping, significantly extending chassis and tire life. Enhanced for the rock impacts, mud, dust, and continuous heavy-duty operation typical of open-pit mines, it offers exceptional fatigue durability and long-term reliability.
