  • Flash Removal Cylinder

  • Upsetting Cylinder
    This upsetting cylinder is the ultimate actuator of the welding system in high-speed rail flash-butt welding machines, mounted between the fixed frame and the movable upsetting block. After the rail ends are heated to a plastic state by continuous flashing, the cylinder instantly releases enormous thrust, accelerating the movable rail end to violently forge against the fixed end, causing the two ends to undergo plastic flow and weld into a single piece. An ultra-large-bore, short-stroke high-impact heavy-duty design delivers instantaneous upsetting force up to 866 kN.   • Post-Weld Clamping Cylinder

  • Main Clamping Cylinder
