  • Boom Cylinder
    This boom cylinder is the power pillar of heavy hard-rock roadheaders, dedicated to driving the entire cutting boom through extreme-duty lifting and lowering cycles. It uses an ultra-high-pressure 40 MPa system and a massive bore up to 250 mm to deliver a record-breaking 1,963 kN of thrust, holding the cutting head rock-steady against the heaviest rock reaction forces. An oversized forged steel barrel, a special coated heavy-duty piston rod, and multi-stage high-pressure seals give it the unmatched strength and durability required for continuous hard-rock cutting.
  • Arm Cylinder
    This arm cylinder is designed for special roadheaders such as rock drift roadheaders, tunnel roadheaders, and other non-standard machines. Mounted between the main boom and the arm, it hydraulically pitches the cutting head up and down to precisely control the cutting depth and profile in varied ground conditions from soft rock to hard rock. Covering bores from 80 mm to 200 mm, a 40 MPa ultra-high-pressure design delivers a thrust of up to 1,257 kN and a pull force of up to 641 kN, with the smallest model providing 201 kN of thrust — lower than the hard-rock arm cylinder’s 314 kN, thus extending the range downward to smaller special roadheaders. A forged high-strength alloy steel barrel, a hardened piston rod, multi-stage high-pressure seals, and internal cushioning ensure precise, leak-free pitching motion under severe shock, dust, and water spray.
  • Arm Cylinder
    This arm cylinder is designed for roadheaders working in alternating coal and rock strata.   • Front Support Cylinder
    This front support cylinder is the core actuator of the temporary roof support system on roadheaders, mounted on the support arm above the cutter head or at the front of the main body. After the heading is excavated and before permanent bolting is installed, it rapidly raises the support beam and firmly presses it against the exposed roof, providing safe temporary protection for the operator and equipment against roof separation or collapse. Covering bores from 50 mm to 200 mm, strokes up to 3,000 mm, and thrust up to 785 kN at 25 MPa, it meets the support force requirements of both light and heavy roadheaders.   • Shoveling Plate Cylinder

With bores from 63 mm to 200 mm and working pressures up to 32 MPa, it delivers a maximum thrust of 1,005 kN.
