  • Grab Cylinder
    This grab cylinder is the core actuator of portal cranes, bridge-type grab ship unloaders, and bulk cargo grabs. Mounted between the grab arms and shells, it hydraulically extends and retracts to open and close the grab shells, enabling rapid handling of bulk materials such as coal, ore, and grain. A long-stroke double-acting design (stroke up to 1,390 mm) delivers powerful and stable motion. Combined with a high-strength alloy steel barrel, a precision hard-chrome plated piston rod, multi-stage combination seals, and bidirectional cushioning, it provides long-term, reliable, leak-free operation under the harsh conditions of port salt spray, heavy dust, frequent impact, and all-weather service — a key component for ensuring the efficiency of port bulk material handling.
  • Main Boom Luffing Cylinder
    This main boom luffing cylinder series is the primary actuator of the luffing system on offshore cranes. Mounted between the slewing platform and the main boom, it hydraulically pushes the entire main boom to pivot around its base hinge point through a large angular range, directly determining the crane's maximum working radius, lifting height, and rated lifting capacity. Featuring an ultra-high thrust (up to 8,454 kN) and a medium-to-long stroke (up to 5,700 mm) heavy-duty design, it provides absolutely rigid support and precise position control under extreme offshore conditions of swell, salt spray, humidity, hammer vibration, and green water on deck. Integrated with a counterbalance valve, optional ice scraper, and displacement sensor, it adapts to polar ice zones, deep sea, and coastal environments, meeting classification society regulations and offshore lifting safety requirements.
  • Folding Arm Tilt Cylinder
    This folding arm tilt cylinder series is the core actuator for the knuckle boom system of offshore cranes. Mounted between the main boom tip and the folding boom, it hydraulically pushes and pulls the folding boom to pivot around its hinge point, precisely adjusting the hook's working radius and lifting height, or folding the boom against the main boom for stowage during transit. Featuring a bidirectional heavy-duty design with high push force (up to 8,454 kN) and high pull force (up to 3,589 kN) combined with a moderate-to-long stroke, it provides powerful tilting support and precise position control under extreme offshore conditions of swell, salt spray, humidity, and hammer vibration. Integrated with a counterbalance valve, optional ice scraper, and displacement sensor, it adapts to polar ice zones, deep sea, and coastal environments, meeting classification society regulations and offshore lifting safety requirements.
  • A-Frame Crane Luffing Cylinder
    This A-Frame crane luffing cylinder series is the core actuator for the auxiliary lifting system on offshore support vessels and platforms. Mounted between the A-frame base and the main boom, it hydraulically pushes and pulls the entire A-frame to pivot smoothly around the hull hinge point, precisely adjusting the working radius and lifting height. Featuring an ultra-long stroke (up to 8,200 mm) and high thrust (up to 3,026 kN) heavy-duty design, it provides powerful luffing support and precise position control under extreme offshore conditions of swell, salt spray, humidity, and hammer vibration. Integrated with a counterbalance valve, optional ice scraper, and displacement sensor, it adapts to polar ice zones, deep sea, and coastal environments, meeting classification society regulations and offshore operational safety requirements.
  • Luffing Cylinder
    This ultra-large bore luffing cylinder is the core power and load-bearing element of the pile frame luffing system on offshore pile driving vessels. It smoothly tilts the pile frame — which can be tens of meters long and weigh hundreds of tonnes — around the bow hinge point, precisely setting the pile driving angle. Simultaneously, it withstands the enormous combined external loads from pile driving hammer impact, wind and wave forces, and the frame's own weight. With an extreme heavy-duty design, a maximum bore of up to 1,600 mm, and thrust reaching 50,000 kN, it is among the largest hydraulic cylinders in the world. Available in single-stage plunger or multi-stage telescopic configurations, and equipped with an integrated high-flow safety locking valve package and attached maintenance platforms and ladders, it provides absolute rigid support and precise follow-up control for the pile frame under extreme conditions of deep-sea swell, salt spray, humidity, and hammer vibration — making it an indispensable piece of equipment for large offshore pile foundation construction.
