Anti-Drop Safety & Synchronized Control
Standard integrated high-flow counterbalance valve or hydraulic lock allows the drill floor to be safely stopped and locked at any height. The cylinder instantly self-locks even if a hose bursts or system pressure is lost, preventing accidental floor drop. Optional multi-cylinder synchronized lifting control valve packages and built-in displacement sensors (±0.5 mm accuracy) enable coordinated, smooth raising/lowering without platform tilt or distortion.
Ultra-Low Friction & High Side-Load Resistance
Wide, one-piece high-capacity composite guide rings at every stage, combined with low-friction filled PTFE seals, achieve breakaway pressure down to 0.4 MPa. Even under off-center platform loads or wind forces, the cylinders extend and retract smoothly with no stick-slip or judder, and without rod scoring.
Comprehensive Surface Protection
Piston rods are available with hard chrome, Ni/Cr alloy plating, laser cladding, or ceramic spray. The barrel exterior receives corrosion-resistant weatherproof coating, maintaining a rust-free appearance and lasting performance in coastal salt spray, desert sandstorms, and arctic conditions.
Wide-Temperature-Range Reliable Sealing
Standard -40℃ low-temperature seals prevent hydraulic fluid gelling and seal embrittlement in extreme cold; high-temperature seal upgrades for desert surface heat ensure year-round, all-weather smooth and reliable platform raising.
Maintenance-Free & Intelligent Monitoring
Self-lubricating composite bushings in both clevis or spherical bearings eliminate grease fittings and last through the equipment overhaul cycle. Optional integrated pressure and displacement sensors enable real-time load and height monitoring, supporting remote equipment health management.
