Wide Standardized Range

Bore range from 63 to 200 mm provides thrust from 56 to 565 kN, meeting the main feed requirements of everything from small bolting jumbos to heavy combined bolter-miners. Standardized interfaces facilitate OEM batch procurement and rapid integration.

Precision & Stable Feed

The barrel is high-yield steel, honed bore. The rod is hard-chrome plated (HV900–1100) and ground. Long-span bronze guide rings ensure exceptional straightness and bending stiffness at full extension, guaranteeing accurate and deviation-free bolt hole drilling.

Ultra-Low Breakaway & Anti-Stick-Slip

Filled-PTFE and hydrolysis-resistant polyurethane seals provide breakaway pressure as low as 0.25 MPa for smooth, stick-slip-free motion even at low feed speeds and fine flow adjustments.

Vibration & Side-Load Absorption

Wide bronze or composite guide rings with precise clearance control absorb drilling recoil and feed beam offset forces, preventing rod scoring and extending service life.

Heavy-Duty Dust Protection & Sealing

A metal scraper ring and multiple wipers block rock dust, chips, and water. The main seal is a hydrolysis-resistant polyurethane/filled-PTFE composite, guaranteeing zero external leakage over the cylinder’s lifetime.

Internal Cushioning

Progressive cushions at both ends eliminate end-stroke impacts and reduce noise, protecting the slide and cylinder.

Maintenance-Free & Smart-Ready

Self-lubricating composite bushings at both pivots require no greasing. An optional built-in magnetostrictive displacement sensor provides real-time position feedback for closed-loop feed depth control and anti-collision warning.
