Stable Continuous Feed

High-yield quenched-and-tempered steel barrel with a honed bore; hard-chrome plated and polished rod (HV900–1100) ensures high rigidity at full extension. Ultra-low-friction seals (breakaway ≤0.25 MPa) guarantee smooth, stick-slip-free drilling.

Vibration & Side-Load Protection

Bronze-based or composite guide rings absorb drilling recoil and off-axis forces, preventing rod scoring and extending service life.

Effective Dust Protection & Sealing

Metal scraper ring and multiple wipers block rock dust and moisture; hydrolysis-resistant polyurethane and filled-PTFE main seals provide zero external leakage throughout the cylinder’s life.

Cushioned & Maintenance-Free

Progressive cushions at both ends eliminate end-stroke impacts. Self-lubricating composite bushings at pivots require no greasing.

Optional Smart Monitoring

An integrated magnetostrictive displacement sensor can be added to provide real-time position feedback, enabling closed-loop control of feed depth and speed.
