PAZON
Our Honed Precision Tubes are manufactured from high-quality seamless steel tubes that undergo a controlled honing process to achieve exceptional inner diameter accuracy, superior roundness, and an ultra-smooth bore finish. Serving as a core component for hydraulic and pneumatic cylinder barrels, these tubes deliver consistent performance, reduced friction, and extended seal life, making them the ideal choice for demanding fluid power applications.

Inner Surface Roughness: Ra ≤ 0.2 μm
Packing: Anti-rust oil + Plastic caps + Wooden case / Bundle with steel strip / Bundle with knitting strip
Ultra-Precise Bore: Achieves tight ID tolerances (H7/H8 typical) and excellent roundness, minimizing internal leakage and improving cylinder efficiency.
Superior Surface Finish: Ra ≤ 0.2 μm dramatically reduces friction, protects seals, and prolongs service intervals.
Enhanced Straightness: Straightness ≤ 0.3 mm/m ensures smooth piston travel and reduces misalignment wear.
Versatile Material & Heat Treatment: Base tubes can be supplied in carbon, alloy, or stainless steel, with a full range of heat treatment conditions to meet strength and durability requirements.
Reliable Consistency: The honing process removes surface imperfections and residual stress, delivering a dimensionally stable bore ready for assembly.

Mechanical Properties
The table below provides the typical mechanical properties — tensile strength, yield strength, elongation, and impact values — for the base tube materials in various heat treatment conditions (+C, +SR, +A, +N). As honing does not alter bulk mechanical properties, these values remain valid for the finished honed tube.
