This completely prevents rust seizure from rain, detergents, and de-icing salts seeping along the rod, keeping the cylinder responsive after long-term outdoor parking at an angle.
Multi-Layer Anti-Corrosion Protection
The piston rod is available with hard chrome, Ni/Cr alloy plating, laser cladding, ceramic thermal spray, or QPQ finishes. External structural parts receive a weather-resistant coating, offering effective rust prevention in coastal salt spray, chemical plants, humid tunnels, and other aggressive environments, thus extending maintenance intervals.
Integrated Precision Valve Package
