The Chrome Plated CK45 Rod (Quenched & Tempered) is manufactured from premium CK45 medium carbon steel, subjected to quenching and tempering (Q&T) prior to precision grinding and hard chrome plating. The Q&T treatment delivers an optimum combination of strength, hardness and toughness, significantly enhancing the mechanical properties of the rod core. It is designed for medium-to-high-pressure hydraulic cylinders, construction machinery, mining equipment and heavy-duty lifting systems where higher core strength is required. With excellent surface wear resistance and improved bending fatigue resistance, this product is the ideal upgrade for demanding applications.
