Smooth Heavy-Duty Lifting

The barrel is made from high-yield-ratio quenched and tempered alloy steel; the piston rod is precision hard-chrome plated (HV900–1100), providing precise and reliable vertical positioning under frequent cycling and vibration impacts.

High Side-Load Resistance & Guidance

Wide-profile bronze or composite guide rings embedded in the bore effectively absorb radial forces under eccentric loads, preventing rod scoring and ensuring long-term smooth motion.

Multi-Stage Dust Protection & Sealing

A metal scraper ring and multiple heavy-duty wipers at the gland effectively block ballast dust, stone chips, and rainwater. The main seal is a hydrolysis-resistant polyurethane and filled-PTFE composite, ensuring zero external leakage in all-weather outdoor service.

Internal Cushioning for Noise Reduction

Progressive cushions at both ends automatically decelerate and absorb energy at the stroke limits, eliminating rigid impacts, reducing operating noise, and extending the service life of the mechanism and the cylinder.

Compact & Maintenance-Free Design

Mounting dimensions suit the compact space of auxiliary devices. Self-lubricating composite bushings in the clevises eliminate daily greasing and provide long service life under high-frequency operation.

Optional Smart Monitoring
