PAZON
Bore: Φ80 mm
Rod: Φ45 mm
Stroke: 120 mm (short stroke, corresponding to tipping angle arc displacement)
Operating pressure: continuous 16 MPa, max 18 MPa
Max push force: 90 kN (at 18 MPa, full-bore side)
Max pull force: 62 kN (at 18 MPa, annular side)
Breakaway pressure: ≤0.3 MPa (low-friction seals, sensitive response)
Piston velocity: <0.5 m/s (rapid tipping)
Operating frequency: intermittent, 1 cycle per transfer or work-mode change
Internal leakage: ≤0.025 ml/min (at 16 MPa, over seal service life)
Temperature range: -20 ℃ to +80 ℃ (standard); -40 ℃ to +120 ℃ customizable
Suitable for: ballast regulating machines, ballast cleaning machines, large tamping machines, etc.
Powerful Tipping Torque
The barrel is forged from high-yield-ratio quenched and tempered alloy steel, with critical welds UT/MT inspected. The piston rod is precision hard-chrome plated (HV900–1100), providing sufficient thrust to ensure the attachment tips fully into position even under the eccentric loads of a long arm and heavy implement, without judder or misalignment.
Short-Stroke Rapid Response
With only 120 mm stroke and low-breakaway-pressure seals, tipping actions are completed in an extremely short time, enabling fast deployment and stowage of the working attachment without slowing the overall work cycle.
High Side-Load Resistance & Guidance
Wide-profile bronze or composite guide rings embedded in the bore, with precision clearance control, effectively absorb radial forces from the attachment’s own weight and ballast reaction forces, preventing rod scoring.
Multi-Stage Dust Protection & Sealing
A metal scraper ring and multiple heavy-duty wipers at the gland effectively block ballast dust, stone chips, and rainwater. The main seal is a hydrolysis-resistant polyurethane and filled-PTFE composite, ensuring zero external leakage over the entire service life in all-weather outdoor service.
Internal Cushioning for Noise Reduction
Progressive cushions at both ends automatically decelerate and absorb energy at the tipping limits, eliminating rigid impacts, reducing operating noise, and protecting the hinged mechanism and the cylinder itself.
Compact Construction & Maintenance-Free
Mounting dimensions are optimized for the compact space of the tipping arm. Self-lubricating composite bushings in the clevises eliminate daily greasing and provide exceptionally long service life under frequent tipping.
Optional Position Monitoring
A built-in displacement sensor or proximity switch can be integrated to provide real-time tipping angle or end-position feedback, enabling a safety interlock via the main control system.
