The Chrome Plated 38MnVS6 Tube is precision-ground and hard chrome plated from premium 38MnVS6 micro-alloyed seamless steel tube in a non-heat-treated condition. Through vanadium micro-alloying, 38MnVS6 steel achieves a fine grain structure, delivering high base strength, good toughness and excellent fatigue resistance even in the as-rolled condition, along with superior machinability. As a hollow piston rod or cylinder barrel tube, it maintains high OD accuracy and surface performance while substantially reducing weight and enabling internal fluid passage. It is widely used in heavy-duty construction machinery, commercial vehicles, agricultural equipment and medium-to-high-pressure hydraulic systems requiring weight or flow optimization—a reliable solution combining high strength, lightweight design and cost-effectiveness.
