This auxiliary cylinder is a companion actuator for industrial press-forming equipment, typically installed on the ejector mechanism, floating platen control, or side-pressing station. Its functions include part ejection, mold floating control, lateral auxiliary pressing, or platen balance adjustment. Built on a 150 mm bore, 640 mm stroke platform, it delivers 353 kN of thrust and 291 kN of pull — a near-balanced bidirectional capability that makes it particularly suited for alternating push-and-pull cycles such as ejection and retraction. Combined with a high-strength alloy steel barrel, a precision hard-chrome plated piston rod, multi-stage seals, and bidirectional cushioning, it ensures long-term stable, leak-free reciprocating motion under dusty, high-temperature, and high-cycle conditions.

Balanced Bidirectional Force
Thrust and pull are nearly equal, ideal for alternating push-and-pull operations such as ejection and retraction or mold floating control.
High Side-Load Resistance & Guidance
Wide-profile bronze or composite guide rings in the bore absorb radial forces under eccentric ejection loads and mold reaction forces, preventing rod scoring.
Multi-Stage Seals & Dust Protection
A metal scraper ring and multiple heavy-duty wipers at the gland block powder and workshop dust. The main seal is a hydrolysis-resistant polyurethane/filled-PTFE composite for zero leakage over the full service life.
Internal Cushioning for Noise Reduction
Progressive cushions at both ends decelerate the cylinder at end positions, eliminating rigid impacts.
Maintenance-Free & Intelligent Monitoring
Self-lubricating composite bushings in the clevises eliminate greasing. A built-in displacement sensor can optionally provide real-time ejection stroke or platen position feedback for closed-loop control.
