Stainless Steel Piston Rods are precision-ground and available with finished end machining, offering inherent corrosion resistance without plating. Available in diameters φ6–200 mm and lengths up to 6000 mm, they meet ISO f7/h7 tolerances with Ra≤0.2 μm finish. Multiple grades—304, 316, 2205, 17-4PH—can be supplied to match strength and environmental needs. Ideal for food, marine, medical and chemical hydraulic applications, with full customization of dimensions, tolerances, material, heat treatment and end machining supported.

Stainless Steel Piston Rods are precision-ground from premium stainless steel bars and can be supplied with finished end machining (threads, steps, cross-holes, etc.), ready for direct integration into hydraulic cylinders, pneumatic cylinders, shock absorbers and actuators. Relying on the inherent corrosion resistance of the stainless steel rather than any surface coating, they combine tight dimensional tolerances with an exceptionally smooth surface finish. They are widely used in food machinery, medical devices, marine hydraulics, chemical equipment, and corrosive or humid environments. A variety of stainless steel grades—austenitic, duplex, martensitic and precipitation-hardening types—are available to meet different requirements for strength, corrosion resistance and magnetic properties.

Core Hardness: Depending on grade and heat treatment; austenitic grades typically ≤200 HB; martensitic and PH grades can achieve 28–40 HRC or higher after Q&T
Surface Treatment: No plating, bare stainless steel ground finish; passivation available upon request
Surface Roughness: Ra≤0.2 μm, Rt≤2 μm
End Machining Capability: Threads, steps, flats, cross-holes, keyways, etc., as per customer drawing
Packing: Anti-rust oil + cardboard tube/plastic sleeve + wooden case
Inherent Corrosion Resistance: The stainless steel substrate itself resists corrosion, eliminating seal failure caused by coating peeling or rust
