  • Front Suspension Cylinder
    This front suspension cylinder series is the core load-bearing and damping element of the hydro-pneumatic suspension system on large mining dump trucks. Mounted between the front axle and the chassis frame, it simultaneously supports the front laden weight, absorbs road shocks, attenuates body vibration, and maintains front wheel ground contact through the elastic-damping coupling of high-pressure oil and nitrogen gas. Compared to rear suspension, the front suspension must additionally accommodate side loads and angular articulation from steering; therefore, the cylinder features a reinforced anti-side-load guiding system and maintenance-free spherical pivot connections. Together with custom-tuned non-linear stiffness and damping characteristics based on vehicle parameters, it ensures superior ride comfort, steering precision, and frame durability under combined operating conditions such as loaded downhill hauls, rough curved roads, and braking.
  • Rear Suspension Cylinder
    This rear suspension cylinder series is the core load-bearing and damping element of the hydro-pneumatic suspension system on large mining dump trucks. Mounted between the rear axle and the chassis frame, it supports the fully loaded vehicle weight, absorbs road shocks, attenuates body vibration, and equalizes axle load distribution through the combined action of hydraulic oil and high-pressure nitrogen. Featuring an ultra-high pressure design (rated 38 MPa) and large-diameter piston construction, and operating in conjunction with external or built-in accumulators, it delivers non-linear stiffness and damping characteristics.   • Lifting Cylinder
    This lifting cylinder series is the core actuator of the dump body hoist system on large mining dump trucks. Mounted between the chassis frame and the dump body underbelly, it hydraulically raises and lowers the body to rapidly discharge ore, overburden, and other bulk materials.   • Piston Accumulator
    This piston accumulator series is designed specifically for the hydro-pneumatic suspension system of large mining dump trucks. Serving as the core elastic energy-storage element and load-equalization device, it adopts a dual-piston design that separates the internal cavity into high-pressure and low-pressure gas chambers (or oil/gas chambers). Through gas compression and expansion, it absorbs road shocks in real time and equalizes the axle load, keeping the wheel loads of the middle and rear axles uniformly distributed and traction at an optimum — even under extreme conditions such as fully loaded uphill hauls on rough mine roads. This significantly improves ride quality and frame stress distribution.   • Luffing Cylinder
    The luffing cylinder is the primary power actuator for boom luffing on self-propelled aerial work platforms. It directly drives the main boom or articulated boom to pivot around its hinge point, determining the machine's maximum working height, horizontal outreach, and lifting capacity. As the main cylinder of the boom system, it withstands the highest thrust, pull, and bending loads.   • Telescopic Cylinder
