  • Heave Compensation Cylinder
    This heave compensation cylinder is the critical dynamic balancing element for the suction tube system of trailing suction hopper dredgers (TSHD).   • TSHD Hanger Cylinder

Mounted between the tripper boom and the traveling gantry, it hydraulically raises and lowers the tripper to switch between stacking and reclaiming modes — tilting up to discharge material onto the boom belt during stacking, and lowering to allow material from the pile to flow onto the ground conveyor during reclaiming.
