  • Arm Cylinder
This arm cylinder is purpose-built for the working mechanism of heavy hard-rock roadheaders, mounted at the articulation between the main boom and the arm (stick). It hydraulically pitches the arm up and down to precisely control the cutting head's height and attack angle for accurate profiling in the hardest rock. With a 40 MPa ultra-high pressure design, it delivers up to 1,257 kN of thrust and 641 kN of pull. An oversized forged steel barrel, a hardened piston rod, and multi-stage high-pressure seals give it the extreme rigidity and durability needed to withstand the massive side-loads, abrasion, and impacts encountered during hard-rock cutting.
  • Rotation Cylinder
This rotation cylinder is designed for the slewing system of semi-coal roadheaders. It hydraulically rotates the cutting boom to profile the full face in alternating coal and rock strata. Operating at 25 MPa with thrust up to 785 kN, it balances cutting performance with energy efficiency. A high-strength alloy steel barrel, precision hard-chrome plated piston rod, multi-stage seals, and bidirectional cushioning ensure precise, leak-free, and low-maintenance rotary drive under variable loads, heavy dust, and intense vibration.

Working at a 40 MPa ultra-high pressure, it delivers up to 1,257 kN of thrust to powerfully gather mixed material that includes hard rock inclusions. An oversized forged steel barrel, a specially hardened piston rod, multi-stage high-pressure seals, and bidirectional cushioning combine to provide super-strong thrust and exceptional durability under the frequent impacts, heavy dust, and mixed-media loading typical of semi-coal headings.
  • Shoveling Plate Cylinder
This shoveling plate cylinder is a top-tier actuator purpose-built for heavy hard-rock roadheaders. Working at an ultra-high pressure of up to 40 MPa, it delivers a massive thrust of up to 1,257 kN to powerfully gather and load even the toughest fragmented rock. With an oversized high-strength steel barrel, a specially treated piston rod, multi-stage high-pressure seals, and bidirectional cushioning, it is the ultimate solution for the extreme impact, abrasion, and vibration encountered in hard-rock headings.
  • Swing Cylinder
This swing cylinder is the core actuator of the swing mechanism on roadheaders, mounted between the cutting boom or apron and the main frame. During roadway excavation, it hydraulically swings the cutting boom left and right to achieve full-face cutting coverage, or swings the apron to expand the loading range. Covering bores from 50 mm to 200 mm, strokes up to 3,000 mm, and thrust up to 628 kN at 20 MPa, it meets the swing drive requirements of everything from light coal-roadway machines to heavy hard-rock roadheaders. With a high-strength alloy steel barrel, a precision hard-chrome plated piston rod, multi-stage seals, and bidirectional cushioning, it delivers smooth, precise, and leak-free swing motion under the severe conditions of dust, vibration, and frequent cycling — a key component for ensuring roadway profile quality and excavation efficiency.
  • Front Support Cylinder
This front support cylinder is the core actuator of the temporary roof support system on roadheaders, mounted on the support arm above the cutter head or at the front of the main body. After the heading is excavated and before permanent bolting is installed, it rapidly raises the support beam and firmly presses it against the exposed roof, providing safe temporary protection for the operator and equipment against roof separation or collapse. Covering bores from 50 mm to 200 mm, strokes up to 3,000 mm, and thrust up to 785 kN at 25 MPa, it meets the support force requirements of both light and heavy roadheaders. With a high-strength alloy steel barrel, precision hard-chrome plated piston rod, multi-stage seals, and hydraulic load-holding locks, it delivers absolutely reliable, leak-free locking force under the severe conditions of dust, vibration, and frequent cycling — a key component for ensuring roadway heading safety.
  • Shoveling Plate Cylinder
This shoveling plate cylinder is a core actuator for the apron of roadheaders. It raises, lowers, and swivels the apron to gather cut material and direct it into the conveyor. With bores from 63 mm to 200 mm and working pressures up to 32 MPa, it delivers a maximum thrust of 1,005 kN. Built with a high-strength alloy steel barrel, a precision chrome-plated piston rod, multi-stage sealing, and bidirectional cushioning, it ensures smooth, leak-free, and highly reliable operation under the severe conditions of high pressure, intense vibration, and heavy dust underground.
  • Feed Cylinder
This feed cylinder is the core actuator of the feed system on scaling rigs. Mounted in the scaling hammer slide or feed beam, it hydraulically extends and retracts the hammer with constant thrust to precisely contact loose rock on the roof and sidewalls for scaling. Covering bores from 50 mm to 200 mm, strokes up to 3,000 mm, and thrust up to 565 kN, it meets the feed requirements of both light-duty and heavy scaling rigs. With a high-strength alloy steel barrel, a precision hard-chrome plated piston rod, low-friction seals, and bidirectional cushioning, it delivers smooth, stick-slip-free, and leak-free feed-and-retreat motion under the harsh underground conditions of dust, vibration, and falling-rock impacts.
  • Feed Cylinder
This feed cylinder is the core actuator of the feed system on bolting rigs. Installed inside the feed beam, it hydraulically drives the rock drill forward with constant thrust for rapid anchor hole drilling and retracts it quickly to allow bolt installation and grouting. Covering bores from 50 mm to 200 mm, strokes up to 3,000 mm, and thrust up to 565 kN, it fully meets the feed requirements of everything from light bolting jumbos to heavy combined bolter-miners. With a high-strength alloy steel barrel, a precision hard-chrome plated piston rod, low-friction seals, and bidirectional cushioning, it delivers smooth, stick-slip-free, and leak-free feed-and-return motion under the harsh underground conditions of dust, vibration, and extremely high cycling rates — a key component ensuring bolting efficiency and hole quality.
  • Feed Cylinder
This feed cylinder is the core actuator of the feed system on production mining rigs (long-hole or fan-drilling rigs). Installed inside the feed beam, it hydraulically drives the rock drill forward with constant thrust for deep-hole drilling, and retracts it quickly after the hole is complete. Covering bore diameters from 50 mm to 200 mm, strokes up to 3,000 mm, and thrust up to 565 kN, it meets the feed requirements of both light-duty and heavy-duty mining rigs. With a high-strength alloy steel barrel, a precision hard-chrome plated piston rod, low-friction seals, and bidirectional cushioning, it delivers stable, stick-slip-free, and leak-free performance under the harsh underground conditions of dust, vibration, and continuous cycling. Optional built-in displacement sensors enable precise closed-loop control of feed depth and speed.
  • Compensation Cylinder
This compensation cylinder is a follow-up actuator in the precision positioning system of drilling jumbos, mounted on the compensation slide between the boom tip and the feed beam base. After the boom is roughly positioned, it hydraulically fine-tunes the feed beam's position, accurately compensating the remaining gap between the drill and the rock face so that the rock drill can engage smoothly. During drilling, it continuously absorbs drill recoil and offsets caused by uneven rock surfaces, maintaining hole depth accuracy and feed stability. Covering bores from 50 mm to 200 mm, with strokes up to 3,000 mm and thrust up to 785 kN, it meets the compensation force requirements of both medium and heavy drilling jumbos. With a high-strength alloy steel barrel, a precision hard-chrome plated piston rod, ultra-low-friction seals, and bidirectional cushioning, it delivers smooth, stick-slip-free, and leak-free linear compensation motion under extreme underground conditions of dust, vibration, and frequent cycling — a key component for drilling accuracy and efficiency.
