  • Track Tension Cylinder
This track tension cylinder series is engineered for medium and large hydraulic excavators. It continuously adjusts track tension to prevent derailment and slippage, ensuring stable and safe travel. With an ultra-high pressure design (rated 35 MPa), oversized bore, thick-walled barrel, and excellent side-load capacity, combined with long-life sealing and multiple anti-corrosion treatments, it delivers exceptional reliability and durability in extreme environments such as quarries, mines, and swampy terrain.
  • Bucket Cylinder
The bucket cylinder is the final hydraulic actuator for bucket digging, curling, and dumping on mini excavators. It directly determines breakout force, dumping height, and cycle speed. Engineered with high-strength impact-resistant materials, a precision sealing system, and comprehensive surface protection, this cylinder series withstands alternating loads, high pressure, and severe environments such as mud, water immersion, and debris, delivering reliable digging power.
  • Boom Cylinder
The boom cylinder is the core actuator for mini excavators, directly responsible for lifting and lowering the boom. It determines the machine's digging depth, lifting capacity, and cycle efficiency. Built with high-strength materials, advanced sealing and cushioning technologies, and multiple surface protection options, it delivers stable, safe, and long-lasting performance under heavy digging loads, frequent cycling, and harsh environments.
  • Stick Cylinder
This stick cylinder is specifically engineered for the extension and retraction of the stick (arm) on mini excavators. It directly influences the machine’s digging reach, breakout force, and loading height. With a compact heavy-duty structure, low-friction sealing system, and multiple anti-corrosion treatments, it delivers consistent, precise power in frequent reversing, high-impact, and aggressive environments.
  • Dozer Cylinder
This dozer cylinder is purpose-built for the lift and lower function of the dozer blade at the rear of mini excavators, enabling quick grading, backfilling, and machine stabilization. Engineered with high-strength structure, heavy-duty sealing, and multiple surface protections, it operates reliably in high-shock, high-debris environments.
  • Swing Cylinder
This swing cylinder (offset cylinder) is engineered for mini excavator boom offset function, enabling the boom to swing left and right to significantly expand working coverage. It is ideal for trenching in tight spaces, slope grading, and utility work. Built with high-strength materials, advanced sealing systems, and multiple anti-corrosion treatments, it delivers outstanding durability under high pressure and high cycling loads.
  • Gripper Cylinder
This gripper cylinder series is the core actuator of the gripper system on double shield TBMs. Symmetrically mounted on the gripper arms alongside the gripper shield, they press the gripper shoes firmly against the tunnel walls, providing a stable reaction foundation for the main thrust cylinders. In competent hard rock, the gripper system serves as the ultimate reaction base for the entire machine's thrust — its clamping reliability directly determines penetration efficiency and alignment accuracy. Featuring ultra-high thrust (clamping force reaching tens of thousands of kN) and an ultra-high pressure design (rated 35 MPa), the cylinders adapt to ground conditions ranging from soft to extremely hard rock. Even in jointed, high-stress, and mixed-face formations, they maintain extremely low clamping relaxation. Built with a massive anti-vibration structure, specialized sealing, and intelligent pressure monitoring, they provide enduring, stable reaction force for long-distance tunnel construction.
  • Main Thrust Cylinder
This main thrust cylinder series is the core propulsion element of the main drive system on double shield TBMs. Symmetrically arranged between the gripper shield and the main thrust frame, they react against the tunnel walls via the gripper system to push the cutterhead and front shield forward into the rock face. In competent hard rock conditions, the main thrust cylinders are the primary source of advance force, delivering continuous, stable thrust. Featuring high thrust and moderate stroke, they can be zone-synchronized for shield attitude correction and continuous curved boring. Purpose-built for the extreme conditions of hard rock tunneling — intense impact vibration and pervasive rock dust — the series incorporates a high-rigidity anti-vibration structure, specialized high-pressure sealing, integrated counterbalance valves, and intelligent displacement sensing interfaces. It delivers continuous, stable operation over long-distance tunnels, ensuring precise penetration rate and tunnel axis control.
  • Auxiliary Thrust Cylinder
This auxiliary thrust cylinder series is the core drive element of the auxiliary propulsion system on double shield TBMs. Arranged in a circular array inside the tail shield, they react against the previously erected segmental lining ring to push the machine forward under specific conditions — such as when the main gripper is retracted, or the ground is too weak to provide adequate reaction force. The cylinders feature high thrust and ultra-long stroke (up to 2800 mm), and can work in coordination with, or independently from, the main thrust cylinders via zoned control. This enables continuous, safe advance through soft ground, faulted zones, and mixed-face conditions. With a high-rigidity structure, specialized high-pressure sealing, and integrated safety valve packages, they withstand sustained high-frequency heavy loads, intense vibration, and slurry exposure, ensuring stable, efficient tunneling operations.
  • Torque Cylinder
This torque cylinder series is the core element for cutterhead torque transmission and attitude control on double shield TBMs. Arranged in an annular or V-configuration at the articulation joint between the front shield and the gripper shield, it performs two critical functions: smoothly transmitting the immense instantaneous reaction torque (tens of thousands of kN·m) generated during hard rock cutting to the gripper shield and segmental lining, and, through differential group extension/retraction, precisely adjusting the cutterhead and front shield attitude (tilting up/down, left/right) to steer the TBM along the designed alignment. Built with a high-strength anti-vibration structure, specialized high-pressure sealing, and integrated counterbalance valves, it withstands the high advance rates, severe impact, and mixed ground conditions of double shield TBMs, delivering zero deformation and zero leakage over long-distance tunnels while providing continuous, stable torque transfer and guidance.
