  • Canopy Lift Cylinder
This canopy lift cylinder is a key actuator of the safety protection system in underground drilling jumbos, mounted on the canopy frame above the operator’s cabin or working platform. It extends and retracts to smoothly raise or lower the protective canopy, providing reliable overhead protection against falling rock and dripping water during drilling operations, and lowering the canopy for transport to meet tunnel clearance requirements. A compact long-stroke design (700 mm stroke) delivers up to 50 kN of thrust. Combined with a high-strength alloy steel barrel, a precision hard-chrome plated piston rod, multi-stage dust-proof seals, and bidirectional cushioning, it provides stable, reliable, leak-free lifting motion under the severe conditions of underground high dust, humidity, and frequent cycling — an essential component for operator safety in tunneling operations.
  • Boom Traverse Cylinder
This boom traverse cylinder is a key actuator of the drilling boom lateral positioning system in underground drilling jumbos, mounted at the boom base slewing platform or transverse slide. It extends and retracts to swing the entire boom horizontally left and right, enabling rapid lateral positioning for full-face drilling coverage. Compared to the chassis jack cylinders, this model features a longer stroke (550 mm) and is specifically designed for boom lateral coverage. A compact double-acting design delivers up to 282 kN of thrust. Combined with a high-strength alloy steel barrel, a precision hard-chrome plated piston rod, multi-stage dust-proof seals, and bidirectional cushioning, it provides stable, precise, leak-free traverse motion under the severe conditions of heavy dust, intense vibration, and narrow drift environments — a key component for enhancing drilling efficiency and face coverage.
  • Cross-Extension Cylinder
This cross-extension cylinder is a key actuator of the drilling boom lateral adjustment system in underground drilling jumbos, mounted at the boom telescopic section or transverse slide. It extends and retracts to smoothly move the boom or feed beam horizontally, expanding or retracting the drilling coverage area so that the jumbo can drill the full tunnel face from a single parking position without frequent repositioning. A compact double-acting design delivers up to 72 kN of thrust. Combined with a high-strength alloy steel barrel, a precision hard-chrome plated piston rod, multi-stage dust-proof seals, and bidirectional cushioning, it provides stable, precise, leak-free lateral extension motion under the severe conditions of heavy dust, intense vibration, and narrow drift environments — a key component for enhancing drilling efficiency and face coverage accuracy.
  • Steering Cylinder
This steering cylinder is a key actuator of the chassis steering system in underground drilling jumbos, mounted in pairs at the front/rear axles or articulated steering linkage. It extends and retracts to push the steering knuckles or articulation points, achieving precise wheel deflection or chassis articulation, giving the jumbo excellent maneuverability and mobility in narrow tunnels and drifts. An ultra-high-pressure double-acting design (rated 25 MPa) delivers up to 384 kN of thrust. Combined with a high-strength alloy steel barrel, a precision hard-chrome plated piston rod, multi-stage dust-proof seals, and bidirectional cushioning, it provides stable, precise, leak-free steering response under the severe conditions of heavy loads, high dust, intense vibration, and inclined operation — a key component for safe, efficient travel and accurate positioning of drilling jumbos.
  • Jack Cylinder
This jack cylinder is a key actuator of the chassis stabilization system on underground drilling jumbos. Mounted in pairs under the front and rear of the carrier, it extends its piston rod forcefully downward before drilling begins. The support pads contact the ground and rigidly lift the machine slightly, eliminating the elastic bounce of tyres and suspension, providing an absolutely rigid platform for the boom to drill from. With a heavy-thrust design (up to 282 kN), a high-strength alloy steel barrel, a precision hard-chrome plated piston rod, multi-stage dust seals, and a load-holding lock valve, it maintains leak-free, stiff support on inclines, in loose rock, and under severe impact vibration — a core component for ensuring drilling accuracy and operational safety.
  • Pitch Cylinder
This pitch cylinder is a key actuator of the drilling boom attitude adjustment system in tunneling drilling jumbos, mounted at the articulation between the boom tip and the feed beam. It extends and retracts to tilt the feed beam up and down, enabling precise pitch angle positioning of the rock drill for accurate hole alignment. A compact medium-stroke design (410 mm stroke) delivers 196 kN of thrust at 25 MPa. Combined with a high-strength alloy steel barrel, a precision hard-chrome plated piston rod, multi-stage dust-proof seals, and bidirectional cushioning, it provides stable, reliable, leak-free pitch motion under the severe conditions of high pressure, heavy dust, intense vibration, and cyclic operation — a key component for drilling accuracy and smooth blasting quality.
  • Compensation Cylinder
This compensation cylinder is a key auxiliary actuator of the drilling boom feed system in tunneling drilling jumbos, typically mounted between the boom tip and the feed beam base. Through its long-stroke hydraulic extension and retraction, it precisely compensates for the distance between the feed beam and the tunnel face, ensuring the rock drill maintains firm contact and advances evenly throughout the entire drilling cycle. Featuring a small-bore, long-stroke design (up to 1,800 mm), combined with specially chosen high-capacity guide rings and low-friction composite seals, it delivers smooth, stick-slip-free, low-leakage linear motion under the conditions of long cantilever projection, high-frequency reciprocation, and intense vibration impact — making it a core component for accurate drilling depth and borehole quality.
  • Boom Parallel Lift Cylinder
This boom parallel lift cylinder is a key auxiliary actuator of the drilling boom positioning system in tunneling drilling jumbos. Mounted within the parallel linkage mechanism of the boom, it extends or retracts in synchronization with the main boom cylinder to compensate for angle changes, ensuring that the feed beam and rock drill remain parallel to their original attitude during the entire lifting or lowering sequence. This parallel hold function eliminates the need for secondary angle correction, enabling fast, high-precision full-face parallel drilling. Constructed with high-strength alloy steel, a precision hard-chrome plated piston rod, low-friction combination seals, and bidirectional cushioning, it delivers sensitive, low-leakage follow-up compensation motion under high vibration and heavy dust conditions — a core component for overbreak control and smooth blasting quality.
  • Boom Lift Cylinder
This boom lift cylinder is the core power element of the drilling boom system in tunneling and mining drilling jumbos. Mounted between the carrier chassis and the front boom, it hydraulically raises and lowers the boom, precisely positioning the feed beam and rock drill to any height and angle on the tunnel face. An ultra-high-pressure medium-long-stroke design (rated 32 MPa, stroke 668 mm) delivers up to 566 kN of lifting force from a compact bore, withstanding the frequent impact recoil, boom deadweight, and side loads typical in hard rock drilling. Combined with a high-strength alloy steel barrel, a precision hard-chrome plated piston rod, multi-stage dust-proof seals, and bidirectional cushioning, it provides stable, reliable, and leak-free lifting motion under the severe conditions of high pressure, heavy dust, intense vibration, and cyclic operation — a key component for fast, accurate drilling positioning.
  • Gripper Cylinder
This gripper cylinder series is the core actuator of the gripper system on open-type tunnel boring machines (TBMs). Symmetrically mounted on the gripper arms alongside the main beam, they press the gripper shoes firmly against the tunnel walls, providing a stable reaction foundation for the thrust cylinders. Featuring an ultra-large bore (up to 1020 mm), ultra-high pressure design (rated 35 MPa), and individual clamping capacities reaching tens of thousands of kN, the cylinders adapt to ground conditions ranging from soft to hard rock. Even in jointed, mixed-face, and high-stress formations, they maintain extremely low clamping relaxation. Built with a massive anti-vibration structure, specialized sealing, and intelligent pressure monitoring, they ensure continuous, stable reaction force for efficient and accurate TBM advance.
  • Thrust Cylinder
This thrust cylinder series is the main propulsion element of open-type tunnel boring machines (TBMs). Symmetrically mounted along the main beam, they react against the gripper shoes braced firmly against the tunnel walls to drive the cutterhead forward into the rock face. Featuring an ultra-large bore (up to 620 mm), ultra-high pressure design (rated 35 MPa), and individual thrust capacities reaching thousands of tonnes, they can be zone-synchronized for steering correction and continuous curved boring. Purpose-built for the extreme conditions of hard rock tunneling — intense impact vibration, pervasive rock dust, and high geothermal temperatures — the series incorporates an anti-vibration structure, specialized high-pressure sealing, intelligent displacement sensing, and integrated counterbalance valves. It delivers continuous, stable operation over long-distance tunnels, ensuring precise penetration rate and tunnel axis control.
  • Torque Cylinder
This torque cylinder series is the core force-transmission and attitude-control element for the cutterhead drive system of open-type tunnel boring machines (TBMs). Mounted between the main beam and the cutterhead drive unit in a diagonal or V-shaped configuration, the cylinders perform two critical functions: first, they smoothly transmit the massive instantaneous reaction torque — up to tens of thousands of kN·m — generated during hard rock cutting to the main frame; second, through differential extension in left/right or upper/lower groups, they precisely tilt the cutterhead angle, enabling fine steering and deviation correction. Designed with ultra-rigid, vibration-resistant structures, high-pressure accumulator seals, and integrated counterbalance valve packages, they maintain zero structural deformation and zero leakage under severe impact, high vibration, and rock-dust-laden face conditions, providing precise guidance and safe boring.
