The bucket cylinder is the final hydraulic actuator for bucket digging, curling, and dumping on mini excavators. It directly determines breakout force, dumping height, and cycle speed. Engineered with high-strength impact-resistant materials, a precision sealing system, and comprehensive surface protection, this cylinder series withstands alternating loads, high pressure, and severe environments such as mud, water immersion, and debris, delivering reliable digging power.

Heavy-Duty Impact Resistance & Long Life
The barrel is made from high-strength quenched and tempered alloy steel, with critical welds inspected by UT and MT. The piston rod features precision hard chrome plating and polishing (hardness HV900–1100, roughness Ra≤0.1μm). Bench fatigue testing exceeds 2 million bucket curl cycles, easily absorbing the momentary shock and off-center loading during bucket penetration.
Ultra-Low Breakaway for Fine Control
A low-friction polyurethane/filled PTFE seal package ensures breakaway pressure under 0.35MPa. Bucket movement is smooth and stick-slip free, giving precise control for fine grading and slope trimming.
Built-in End Cushioning
Progressive cushion rings at both piston ends absorb hydraulic shocks during full curl-in and dump-out, reducing vibration and noise on the linkage and frame without compromising digging force or cycle speed.
Multiple Anti-Corrosion Options
The piston rod can be finished with hard chrome, Ni/Cr alloy plating, ceramic thermal spray, laser cladding, or QPQ nitriding, effectively resisting rust and pitting from mud, salt spray, and de-icing agents, ensuring long-term reliability in rainy, coastal, and winter municipal operations.
Integrated Hydraulic Valve Capability
Counterbalance valves, dual pilot-operated check valves, and orifice throttles can be integrated. The bucket holds position even if a hose bursts, enhancing safety. Pre-plumbed hose/tube assemblies are available to reduce OEM assembly time.
Smart Sensor Interface
The cylinder is prepared for an embedded magnetostrictive displacement sensor for closed-loop bucket angle control with ±0.2mm accuracy, supporting assisted digging, slope control, and electrification upgrades.
Maintenance-Free Pivot Joints
Standard self-lubricating composite bushings in the rod-end and base-end forgings eliminate greasing and offer long wear life and corrosion resistance. Spherical bearing upgrades are available to accommodate misalignment and heavy side loads.
Ultra-low temperature seal package (-50℃ to +100℃)
Extreme corrosion resistance (stainless steel body + full ceramic piston rod)
Built-in displacement sensor (analog/digital/PWM output)
Explosion-proof & mining certifications
Special mounting lengths, port styles, and connection dimensions
High-frequency version (up to 35 cycles/min)
