Hydraulic Cylinder

  • Lock Cylinder
This lock cylinder is a dedicated safety locking element used in multiple subsystems of electric arc furnaces (EAF). It may be installed on the roof ring, electrode arm, tilting platform, or busbar connection points. Hydraulically actuated, it drives a locking pin, wedge, or hook into a corresponding slot or hole to achieve mechanical locking of the furnace roof to the shell, rigid fixing of the electrode position, or anti-rotation protection of the tilting mechanism. Though compact, it fulfills the critical duty of preventing unintended movement, safeguarding personnel and equipment alike. Equipped with a water-cooling jacket, high-temperature-resistant seals, and a built-in displacement sensor, it continuously delivers reliable, leak-free locking force and provides precise real-time lock/unlock status feedback even under the intense radiant heat, dust, and electromagnetic interference around the furnace top.
  • Tipping Cylinder
This tipping cylinder is the core actuator of the tapping and slag-off system in electric arc furnaces (EAF). Mounted in pairs between the furnace saddle and the tilting platform, it hydraulically pushes or pulls the entire furnace shell to tilt smoothly around a horizontal axis — tilting forward for tapping, backward for slagging, and performing fine attitude adjustments during melting. Positioned close to the hot furnace shell with intense radiant heat and slag splash, the cylinder is equipped with an external water-cooling jacket and internally fitted with high-temperature- and aging-resistant V-pack seals. An integrated magnetostrictive displacement sensor provides closed-loop position control. Even under continuous high heat, dust, and impact loads, it delivers stable, precise furnace tilting, ensuring tapping safety and operational flexibility.
  • Furnace Cover Rotating Cylinder
This furnace cover rotating cylinder is the core actuator of the roof swivel system in electric arc furnaces (EAF). Mounted on the roof rotating mechanism, it hydraulically drives the furnace roof to swivel open or closed around its vertical axis, enabling rapid switching between charging, maintenance, and tapping operations. Exposed to intense radiant heat and dust above the furnace mouth, the cylinder is equipped with an external water-cooling jacket and internally fitted with high-temperature- and aging-resistant seals. Integrated with a displacement sensor for precise position control, it maintains smooth, shock-free rotation even under continuous extreme conditions, ensuring efficient and safe furnace charging and tapping.
  • Lifting Cylinder
This lifting cylinder is designed for auxiliary mechanisms on electric arc furnaces (EAF), typically used to raise and lower the slag door, tapping door, or sampling door. In some installations it also assists in the fine-lifting adjustment of the electrode arm/column. Its double-acting compact design offers ample push and pull force, while an external water-cooling jacket protects it from intense radiant heat near the furnace body. Internally integrated high-temperature- and fluid-compatible seals, together with a built-in magnetostrictive displacement sensor, enable precise door positioning for automated EAF operation. Even in continuous high-temperature, dusty, and electromagnetically harsh environments, it operates stably and leak-free over a long service life.
  • Mast Cylinder
This mast cylinder series is purpose-designed for the electrode regulation system of electric arc furnaces, ladle refining furnaces and similar metallurgical equipment. Acting as the prime mover of the electrode mast, it hydraulically lifts and lowers the electrodes to achieve precise arc length control and melting power regulation. A double-acting piston design with a maximum thrust of 581 kN, it is fortified for high-temperature radiation, heavy dust, and strong electromagnetic interference — incorporating a water-cooling jacket, high-temperature V-pack seals, a built-in magnetostrictive displacement sensor, and end-stroke cushioning. Even under sustained front-of-furnace heat and frequent cycling, it delivers accurate, reliable, and low-leakage performance, making it a key actuator for efficient steelmaking in modern electric furnaces.
  • Roller Press Cylinder
This roller press cylinder is the core pressing and gap-control element of the combined grinding system in cement roller presses. Mounted symmetrically between the press frame and the swing arm of the movable roller, it continuously provides an immense thrust (up to 5,387 kN) to press the movable roller firmly against the fixed roller. This creates a high-pressure crushing zone between the two rollers, squeezing the cement clinker or raw material into a dense cake, while simultaneously fine-tuning the roll gap and protecting the equipment from overload impacts. A super-large-bore, low-pressure high-thrust design, combined with a proprietary dual-spherical-joint anti-side-load structure, multi-stage seals with anti-pressure-trap drain ports, and high-capacity guidance, ensures long-term, leak-free, smooth pressing performance under the severe conditions of heavy impact, high-frequency micro-motion, and extreme dust. It is a key component for achieving low-cost, high-efficiency comminution.
  • Vertical Mill Cylinder
This vertical mill cylinder is the core actuating and loading element in the raw meal grinding system of vertical roller mills. Installed in pairs or groups at the outer end of the grinding roller rocker arms, it applies a constant pulling (or pushing) force, pressing the rollers against the rotating grinding table to exert a precise comminution force on the material bed. Simultaneously, it regulates the roller gap and absorbs vibration impacts from uneven feeding, directly determining the fineness and output of raw meal or coal powder. A heavy-duty, ultra-high-pressure design with a maximum pulling force of up to 2,646 kN, combined with a proprietary dual-spherical-joint anti-side-load structure, multi-stage seals with anti-pressure-trap drain ports, and high-wear-resistant surface treatments, ensures long-term, smooth, and leak-free grinding load force under the severe conditions of heavy impact, high-frequency micro-vibration, and high cement dust concentrations. It is the core guarantee for stable high production in large-scale dry cement production lines.
  • Roller Lifting Cylinder
This rollover cylinder is the core actuator of the grinding roller maintenance and inspection system in cement vertical roller mills and roller presses. Mounted between the roller turnover arm and the machine frame, it extends or retracts its piston rod to safely raise the massive grinding roller — weighing tens of tonnes — from the working position to the maintenance position, or lower it back after replacing wear liners. A long-stroke, high-thrust double-acting design with a maximum thrust of 1,688 kN, combined with a proprietary dual-spherical-joint anti-side-load structure, high-capacity guide rings, multi-stage seals, and anti-pressure-trap drain ports, provides safe, reliable, and smooth roller rotation movement in the high-dust, high-vibration, continuous-production environment of the cement grinding shop. It significantly shortens maintenance downtime and boosts cement production line availability.
  • Grate Cooler Feeding Cylinder
This feeding cylinder is the core actuator of the grate bed drive system in cement clinker coolers. Mounted between the drive unit and the reciprocating grate bed, it extends and retracts its piston rod at high frequency to alternately push and retract the grate sections, conveying the hot clinker stepwise through the cooling air chambers for uniform cooling and continuous discharge. A long-stroke, high-cycle, vibration-resistant heavy-duty design with a maximum thrust of 385 kN, combined with a dual-spherical-joint anti-side-load structure, special anti-pressure-trap drain ports, wide high-capacity guide rings, and a multi-stage seal package, ensures precise, smooth, low-leakage reciprocating motion under the extreme conditions of the cement burning shop — radiant heat, heavy dust, intense vibration, and 24/7 operation. It is a key component guaranteeing clinker cooler efficiency and cement quality.
  • Tire Flipping Cylinder
This tire flipping cylinder is a key auxiliary actuator in the green tire conveying and post-cure handling system of tire curing presses. Mounted on the manipulator flipping arm or the conveyor flipping station, it extends or retracts its piston rod to smoothly rotate the tire from a horizontal to a vertical orientation (or vice versa), enabling efficient loading, unloading, and integration with downstream inspection and trimming processes. A double-acting compact design with short stroke and high thrust, combined with internal cushioning, high-temperature seals, and dust protection, delivers stable, reliable, leak-free flipping motion in the hot, humid, and high-cycle environment of the curing shop, significantly boosting automation level and productivity.
  • Segment Mold Cylinder
This segment mold cylinder is the core actuation element for the tread-forming system in tire curing presses. Arranged circumferentially or symmetrically around the mold, it hydraulically closes multiple segment blocks simultaneously to form a complete tread cavity. Throughout the curing cycle, it provides a powerful, sustained locking force to resist the high internal steam pressure that could otherwise force the mold open. After curing, the cylinders retract synchronously to open the segments, allowing the tire to be de-molded easily. A high-thrust, medium-stroke design delivering up to 798 kN, combined with low-friction seals, bidirectional cushioning, high-temperature protection, and a synchronization control interface, ensures precise, synchronized motion and reliable long-term locking under the high-temperature, high-humidity, high-cycle loads of the curing shop. It is a key guarantee for accurate tread formation and high production efficiency.
  • Mold Opening and Closing Cylinder
This mold opening and closing cylinder is the core power element of the clamping unit in tire curing presses and rubber compression molding presses. Mounted between the machine frame and the moving platen, it hydraulically extends and retracts its piston rod at high frequency to smoothly close and open the mold. During the curing cycle, it must close the mold precisely and parallel without misalignment or flash, and overcome rubber adhesion during opening. A long-stroke double-acting compact design with a maximum thrust of 384 kN, combined with a low-friction seal system, anti-pressure-trap drain ports, bidirectional cushioning, and high-temperature protection, ensures precise, smooth, and leak-free mold movement under the high-temperature, high-humidity, high-cycle conditions of the curing shop. It is a key link in guaranteeing efficient continuous production.
